Legacy Tower, managed by CBRE, is another stunning, NALP award winning project that TCA maintains. This multi-use, 13 story property, Class AA office building attracts high-end renters by showcasing its pristine environment. Terracare is proud of our Texas team!

For our next NALP award winning property, we are headed to the The Shops at Legacy managed by Retail Properties of America, Inc. (RPAI). This expansive, open-aired shopping district brings in customers expecting a luxurious experience. We are very proud of our Texas team!

Arapahoe Parks and Recreation District is our next stunning, NALP award winning project that TCA maintains. Terracare is thrilled to provide exceptional care and attention to detail to this project. We are also proud of our Colorado landscaping team for all their hard work!

Our final NALP award winning project is the Lafayette CA. Terracare currently maintains, six parks, all roadways, signs, right of ways, landscaped common areas, and medians for the City. We are very proud of all the hard work our team has done!
