@AU_Drew Check the relics menu. If you have carried a certain survivor through to the end you'll have the crossbow and assault rifle option

@AU_Drew Also - it's available in Herd mode after you've unlocked a certain area.

@AU_Drew You can only carry one relic at a time, so you'll need to select it.
