Help! Mitsubishi Electric Trane US We bought top-of-the line mini splits in Aug. that are lemons. They didn't work from day one. 1st HVAC company gave up after trying to work with you for months. 2nd company also hit a brick wall. Customer service was rude and told us they couldn't help.
