Did a 18 mile training ride yesterday. Through beautiful countryside. Had lunch at a real farmer's store that sells grassfed organic food.

One of the women from MIT who traveled with my daughter to the amazon is doing a 5k fundraiser 'run for water'. Our pebble is causing rings!

We are finally going to really be in Florida. 8 natural food stores called NRG just took teraswhey:)

My favorite truck driver Dallas tells me he works out on his treadmill drinking bud light until his calves start belloring.

Went to the Raw Milk symposium in Madison today. Turns out the omega 3s (fats)in raw grass fed milk are as high as they are in fish.

I did a 18 mile training ride today. Didn't have to walk my bike up a single hill. I was inspired to see lots of older women passing me:)

Madison Green Expo was today. Someone I hadn't seen in five years told me I look at least 5 years younger than I did then. Aging w grace:)

Charging my new electric lawn mower; my ancient gas mower finally died. More landscaping will be required to eliminate mowing entirely...

At autism, ADD, ADHD conference. Starting to see positive results for people on the spectrum who use our goat whey:)

Its sheep shearing time at Glynwood. They are donating the fleeces to make booms for the gulf coast oil clean up. Our drop in the bucket..

Finally fixed my bberry after dropping it in water. My world makes sense again:)

It's the spring flush and we have a lot of whey coming into our plant. Lots of cows and goats eating lots of green grass:)
