Part 1/2 Wanted to take ACT Fibernet over a conventional service to support local enterprises. Result = Wifi connectivity that doesn't reach more than 1 room (apparently that is very normal), unprofessional male engineers who come to your house, are extremely rude.

Part 2/2 when I told him, my father uses a local service provider in WB which gives excellent network across 2 storeys on a 60 mbps speed, he sarcastically asked me to find out the name of the exclusive router, make a switch and left ACT Fibernet.
