We were more than excited to teach a few kids in our local community about building their own games using #scratch No better way to launch them into their summer break than this. Through our TeenTech Hub school clubs, we are helping channel kids creativity for good.

In July, we donated 2 laptops and 2 Android Tablets to Children of Mary Orphanage, Otukpo, Nigeria. With these devices or volunteers and the teachers at the orphanage will continue to teach the children coding using Scratch Team and ScratchJr in a more hands-on way.

Yesterday, our volunteers had the opportunity to introduce ScratchJr to teachers and pupils at Baptist Primary School, Makurdi, Nigeria. We also donated some Android tablets to the school to aid their learning.
