We get some fantastic donations of food Teardrops Supporting Your Community and serve around 50 people each night so our chef Phil used what we had and served up roast pork, mashed celeriac and potatoes, carrots, peas and braised red onion and sweet pickle chutney. It tastes as good as it looks 😋
