A bumpy game (literally) but we come out as B Final winners at the Junior Slam Series Royal Slam. The win was great but even better to just be on the ice and to see friends again after 18+ months off. #goodcurling

Had a great weekend at the Welland Curling Club and finished 3rd in the Ontario Provincial Qualifier. Congrats to Team Mitchell on winning the event! The whole team will be back for the next provincial qualifying cycle starting this January.

Team Hocevar will be spending the next few weeks playing in our home clubs and with school teams. We’re back together at the WFG Canadian Junior Cup (formerly TCAs) and then at the Welland 2022 Provincials qualifier. Looking forward to seeing everyone back on the ice soon!

We’re off the the KW Granite Club for the Carla Nahir Ayala U21 Championships! Our first game is Wednesday night at 8pm and will be broadcast on the Team Hocevar Facebook page.

This weekend, Daniel Hocevar joins Landan Rooney from Team Rooney and Nelson Wang from Team United We Curl to play for U of T Varsity Blues at the Ontario University Athletics mens curling championship. Games start Friday morning at 9. Read the preview for the event here: oua.ca/news/2022/3/17…

Congrats to our skipper Daniel who with his partner Grace Elliott won the @slamseries NJCT mixed doubles qualifier at Dundas Valley this weekend. Onwards to the championship event next weekend!

Team Hocevar returns to the ice at the upcoming 2023 Carla Nahir Ayala Men’s Tankard Open qualifier. Daniel and Kevin will be joined by Chris O. at second and Coach Alex at lead. Following along at curl-on.ca

Our first men’s event came to an end with a great run at the @CurlON_ tankard qualifier. A 4-2 record ends with a loss in the B side semifinal. Congrats to our friends on Team Rooney for the A side win!
