The first stop on my Monday adventure was to visit the UHNM Cardiac Rehab Team! This marvellous team have helped Pumping Marvellous over the last 2 years during the pandemic by live streaming rehab sessions. It was great to meet the team and see them #TalkingAboutHeartFailure

My second stop yesterday was in Nottingham to visit Dan and Dave, two of our fantastic patient educators. They are brilliant ambassadors for the charity who often volunteer their time to advocate for Pumping Marvellous. It was great to see them both #TalkingAboutHeartFailure

I have just visited Ryan from Fresh 4 Life Fitness! Ryan supported the charity through lockdown by providing Weekly PT sessions. He has continued to do so as they were such a huge success! Thank you Ryan let's #BeatHF ❤️

My second stop yesterday was to visit long standing Pumping Marvellous supporter, fundraiser & trustee Rich Rich previously completed the London Marathon for the charity whilst living with Heart Failure himself He joined us on the sofa with his sidekick Juno 🐶 Let's #BeatHF

My final visit on Thursday last week was to see Sarah who was the recipient of the Pumping Marvellous Aleena award for her dedication and work as a Patient Educator. Let's #BeatHF together ❤️

I was heading over the Forth Bridge to kick off the start of my Scottish tour! My first stop was to see one of our Marvellous Patient Educators Donna. Donna contributes a lot to the charity and she is a valued member of our Heart Failure community. Together we will #BeatHF ❤️

I continued my Scottish tour yesterday visiting Patient Educator Stephen in Glenrothes 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 It's amazing to have so many Marvellous people #TalkingAboutHeartFailure If we can raise awareness and educate others on the condition then we can #BeatHF ❤️

Today I had the Pumping Marvellous resident gardener and Patient Educator Gav on my red sofa! Gav is always on hand to help our members with any gardening questions they have and he regularly inspires others with how he lives well with Heart Failure. Let's #BeatHF together ❤️
