The Texas Boys State Legislature has passed a resolution recognizing Whataburger® The Official Fast Food Restaurant of Texas! Furthermore, August 8, has been declared a tax-exempt day where no sales tax will be collected on Whataburger sales.*

Of course, this is not an official law of the State of Texas. We just wanted Whataburger® to know how much Texas Boys State loves them!
