EVERYDAY. I was truly lost after football. I even tried to distance myself from football all together by working in mortgage for 5 years..that didn’t work. Probably made things worse to be honest. The turning point for me was when my dad reminded me how much the game (2/4)

gave to me & to appreciate that! To remember that the game doesn’t love you back either. From then, on, I’ve learned to appreciate the ugly & give back what the game gave to me through coaching/mentoring/training. So, sh*tting on 18-21 year old Ross is totally fine! (3/4)
