After being offered in March, Williston standout WR/DB commits to NDSU. St. Romain is 6'2" 170 lbs and earned all-WDA honors last year after making 22 catches for 401 yards and 4 TD last fall. He was also an all-state 🏀 this past winter averaging 22.6 ppg for the Coyotes.
