Following their 4-0 shutout of Honeybaked earlier today, the Ottawa Lady Sens blanked the Philadelphia Jr Flyers by the same 4-0 score. Wojtyk, Martineau, Glynn x2 were your goal scorers, with Cameron Garcia getting the shutout. The Sens face Detroit tomorrow in the semis.

OWHL news: Mallea McMullin, one of my players to watch this season, has committed to Clarkson Womens Hockey. The Nepean Wildcats forward finished as the team’s leading scorer (12 points) at last weekend’s University Showcase. Will undoubtedly become a fan favourite.

Final (OWHL): Ottawa 1, London 2 (OT) The Jr Sens lose a heartbreaker, as Grace Gow scored on the power play in the extra frame to win it for London. Cameron Garcia made 26 saves (.930 SV%) in the loss. Ottawa remains without a win through four games of the season.

Final (OWHL): Ottawa 3, Windsor 0 The Jr Sens have their first win of the season thanks to goals from Lexie Hatoum (x2) and Chloë Martineau. Keara Kiley finished with two assists, while starter Ivy Nellis made 20 saves for the shutout.

The Ottawa Senators Women’s Hockey Club beat the North York Storm 6-2 to go unbeaten this weekend. Two goals each from Lexie Hatoum and Chloë Martineau, and 29 saves from starter Cameron Garcia. Their playoffs start March 14th vs Mississauga.
