Clients lost home in LA Fires. Went to assessor website, clicked on decline-in-value link and got this: "2021 Assessor Initiated Review Your property did not automatically qualify for a 2021 decline-in-value review." Um...ok. By the way, it's 2025. Just sayin' #TaxTwitter
