Being a data-driven product team is great, but don't let it become an excuse to avoid talking to your users. Surveys, tracking, and measurements only provide parts of the puzzle. For the whole picture, engaging with actual people is essential. Keep those conversations going!

It‘s funny how team happiness and motivation seem to be a fluffy, nice-to-have job for some PMs. It‘s not when your goal is to create consistency. A motivated, consistent team will highly outperform a constantly changing one in productivity, output, and outcome.

I need a Google Maps for parents. Depending on your child's age, it multiplies the time per walking distance by at least 4, and whenever your destination is away more than 1h by foot, it automatically books a hotel room and puts in a PTO request for the next day at work.
