The base of my former political party is fully radicalized. They no longer belief in truth, they’ve given up on democracy, they see violence as a necessary tool, and they want a dictator to give them their country back. I hear this every day. It’s worse than you think.

I know there is a lot going on, but it does seem like the threat to American democracy from many running for office should be a major theme of campaign coverage.

My advice for the next three weeks: Ignore ALL the polls, assume EVERY race is neck & neck, and just go work your ass off to help defeat any & all of these anti-democracy Republican candidates.
