HPS looking to ID this male suspect involved in distraction thefts of ATM cards & the personal identification numbers (PINs). He is believed to be working with an accomplice to complete the thefts across Ontario. Anyone with information is asked to contact HPS or Crime Stoppers GB

UPDATE - HPS has identified two male suspects involved in this distraction theft with the assistance of Durham Regional Police. Warrants are being sought for two Romanian Nationals who are currently in Canada illegally. They have no fixed address but are believed to be based out of the GTA.
