Happy International Women’s (yester)Day! I was fortunate to be able to help Tami Bahat produce a free portrait session for a dozen single moms in Griffith Park. Volunteer photographers, “experience“ giveaways and lots and lots of love. 💕

Very proud of my 86 year old student Per, who completed this small oil tonight. He is learning to capture light—no small feat. Before taking his 1st lesson 10 years ago, he said he was too old to learn to paint. I answered, “Chagall died at 98. Get to work!” And so he did.
