I've learned that especially in entrepreneurship, networking is a key component. I recently met another entrepreneur in the early stages of development. I was surprised at how much wisdom I could transfer due to my first startup going under. Mistakes provide the most growth.

The way you practice in private is precisely how you will perform in public. It's like the saying what are you doing when no one is watching. Choosing habits that build this muscle is hard, and it's something I'm trying to work on every day as an entrepreneur.

"I want to build an audience on X but every time I go to post... I freeze." ~ a super accomplished entrepreneur I hear stuff like this all the time and it's infuriating. Too many brilliant, experienced, hella-smart people want to build their personal brand... but can't push

I just learned that our brain has a metabolism just like our body does. It needs to be fueled properly in order to run effectively and help us learn, concentrate, and feel our best.

Apparently, when bees are born, they are all born the same. What makes that one female bee the queen is based on their diet and nutrition. The food that the worker bees eat versus the queen bee changes whether the bee develops ovaries to become fertile or not.

Carbs have been vilified for so long. Honestly, I always thought they were a bad thing, but it turns out that eating the right type of carbs not only keeps you fuller longer but can also benefit you mentally and psychologically.
