I still don't get why MCP exists and what it does differently than having an API. Yes, it's built "for AI specifically" but AI is already capable of using APIs. And we have tons of good protocols/frameworks already. Srsly, I can't be the only one here thinking this?

The Iran/Israel war is a litmus test for whether someone is rational. I can understand how people believe Israel has gone too far in Gaza. I don't agree given the bombings/terrorism from Hamas, but I understand the argument. But with Iran (and specifically the current Islamist
