Calgary Real Estate Board’s Chief Economist Ann-Maire Lurie gave an excellent presentation and endured hour-long questions. Only if the city had reached out and leaned on her expertise BEFORE! No matter how you spin your questions some councilor, she said NO to blanket rezoning.

c'mon Jennifer Wyness the land lift only unlocks when selling/developing otherwise owners are harshly taxed higher under rezoning and structure is devalued incentivizing property neglect and neighborhood decay
