Robert Futoran Janira Navarro Regadless how many neutrophils you see. I'm not aware of a specific neutrophil count in bone. Just in periprosthetic soft tissue for Dx of PJI. Now I've seen people refrain from outright calling AO unless it's screaming at you. I'm not an expert though.
