HM Courts and Tribunals Service much shorter list today of Magistrates' Courts not publishing their Common Platform lists on Courtserve (some will have good reason)

Well done HM Courts and Tribunals Service - getting there

HM Courts and Tribunals Service it's Friday and we are back up to 35 Magistrates Court who have published a Libra hearing list but have not published a Common Platform list (yet)

Some may have a good reason - but 35!!??

Listing still has some way to go to be reliable.

The Office of the Public Guardian is *literally* a public body, funded by tax-payer money and supposed to be working in our interests.

is crucial if we are to hold our institutions to account. Very glad my Open Justice Court of Protection Project colleague is pursuing this challenge.

Nice nudge by Martin Naylor at the end of his gripping and detailed court report: 'Nottinghamshire Live has requested the six defendant's custody photographs from Nottinghamshire Police and is waiting to receive them.
Over to you, Nottinghamshire Police...

CourtServe HM Courts and Tribunals Service again a great improvement after some more chasing

Now down to just 17 Magistrates Court who have not published Common Platform hearing lists for today on CourtServe

Again - some may have good reason (eg no CP cases)

CourtServe More improvement after some emails to Magistrates Courts and follow-up from CourtServe

Now just 20 Magistrates Courts not published Common Platform list today - and some misconceptions sorted out

HM Courts and Tribunals Service couple of queries to chase up but getting there

Louise Tickle Nick Wallis Joshua Rozenberg Agreed! But it is no easy task trying to exercise public rights of access to the Courts and Court papers

in practice still has a long way to go to be practically effective (imo)

An under-resourced and badly trained HM Courts and Tribunals Service really does not help much
