Question to my keto buddies. Can exercise kick you out of ketosis?
I have been in low ketosis for 4 days now. I also haven't lifted for 4 days (have been walking).
Last night, I went to the gym. Today, my ketones are zero.
The only thing I changed was lifting last night.

114hrs fasted - sorry for the poor photo!

Nice low blood sugar, reasonable ketones and CGM now showing less than 100 through most of the day compared to 110-115 at first

No problems

End of month tomorrow and 15 days fasted since 13th May

maybe i’m not built different and i can in fact get severely ill from doing this ughh. i measured my ketones earlier and they’re at the level where i should go to the hospital bc i’m at a high risk for keto acidosis and idk i’m scared

Today after a 22 hour Intermittent Fast, my numbers were the best they have ever been!
Don’t really care about high ketones but super pleased with my glucose……….had to brag 😜

OmIAm When I am keto, I am in ketosis and very close to zero carbs as possible
Keto-mojo to verify ketosis
Also not new to extended fasting.
This felt like rebound hypoglycemia and disconcerting as hell
yet bs wnl, but ketones were high af!
