Yesterday was an emotional day after a rollercoaster year as my PDGE course ends and watch everyone move one to their next stage. As I was unable to complete the course this year so will finish after the summer continuing the longest roads ever to becoming a teacher. #UoEPDGEp

We continued to explore our community, learning about Eid and how it is celebrated. The class then discussed any links to any celebrations they might of seen or taken part in. We then decorated the classroom as you would to get ready to celebrate. #UoEPDGEp

Today I took my ‘getting to know you’ lesson with my P3s on my middle years placement. I used the same book as last placement and switched it up to suit the new class and I’m really pleased with them! 🤩 #UoEPDGEp

As my daughter was unwell I missed the last day of placement. I popped in today and it was lovely to see all the surprised faces, lots of hugs and being asking me when I was coming back! 🤩 💖#UoEPDGEp

Today I introduced vowels to P1 and we had a vowel hunt and for those who need a little challenge we found the sounds and built CVC words. #UoEPDGEp

This is my creative representation of a social studies teacher, however as a primary teacher I believe all areas of the curriculum should be connected and viewed as one! #UoEPDGEp

Spent this morning making some progress through the Mental Health Champions training from Place2Be Scotland. Really enjoying the opportunity to learn and understand how to better support learners, and colleagues, with their mental health #uoepdgep
