I had the most rewarding and powerful experience of my working life last week.

We delivered a week-long well-being programme at Oberstown Children's Detention Campus.

The young people were the stars of the show as they opened themselves up to completely new experiences.

I know a woman who works in Oberstown, she runs weekly community outreach sessions with young offenders and Gardai trying to mend broken relationships, she says 80% of Gardai refuse to attend the sessions to meet the young people in their area, many of whom are drug users.
