Great to meet Jim McMahon MP at #LGAConf25 and bring him up to date with progress on LGR for Plymouth, housing ambitions and some early feedback on his plans to introduce fairer funding for councils like ours.

#LGAConf25 | The Get Britain Working white paper empowers mayors & councils to align local work, health & skills. A high-level panel incl. Steve Rotheram & Alison McGovern explored how this links with transport, housing & growth at the LGA Annual Conference.
