Very long LVAT in an upgrading CSP case who had a narrow QRS intrinsic rhythm. Simultaneously, loss of capturing both local myocardium and LPF caused concomitant prolongation of LVAT, V6-V1 interpeak, and pacing QRS duration. #Epeeps #LBBAP
