It's very alarming that we are hearing increase in no. Of deaths of Bankers due to suicide, heartattack etc.due to toxic work culture in PSBs. The DFS Nirmala Sitharaman Office must take strong steps to avert such unwarranted incidents in future.

This is so difficult to swallow, Banker who toiled hard throughout life took such a extreme decision to end his life that too at the age of 56 !!!

Letter clearly highlight lack of staffs & multiple assignments to same officer,
more su!cide awaited if situation not improved.
