The economy added 175,000 jobs in April, much below expectations of 238,000.
And as usual, February was revised down.

According to today’s JOBS Report, there are currently 8.48M open jobs and 6.5M unemployed workers in the U.S.  That means if every unemployed person in the country found a job, we would still have 1.98 million open jobs.
