Feb 2005. Talked this guy off a bridge in Sheffield, for 3.5 hrs and last saw him in the rear of an ambulance.
Today, we met again at his bday party. New man, new life and it's just lovely to see ๐โค๏ธ

Had news today that another fella in work has taken his own life over the weekend. Thatโs 2 in about a month. I donโt care if itโs a cliche- fellas you are not alone. There is help out there. Just reach out & speak to someone #ItsOkToTalk #ItsOkaytoNotBeOkay
