So I think maybe the big reason the #DnDone Playtest keeps getting a ton of flack is people lack the whole picture. Paizo did it differently during the #Pathfinder2e Playtest, even going so far as to release a whole core rulebook. Why D&D should follow suit, a thread 🧵

I am incredibly excited for the remaster. Paizo is doing what #DnDone claimed: making an edition that's different but the same. While significant, all the changes so far are largely aesthetic or QOL improvements, & rules changes still work with published materials

Just so everyone knows, 3 years ago we opened up Castles and Crusades to third party publishing - we are currently fixing our OGL (isn't everyone) in light of recent events.
