I was honoured to announce $2.16M in Prov. & Fed. funding via the ChildcareBC New Spaces Fund, for the RDNO & Whitevalley Community Resource Centre, on behalf of Minister Grace Lore. This funding will provide a new permanent home for 54 childcare spaces in the Village of Lumby.

Sad news re: the impending closure of Muddy Buddies childcare (31-spaces). The licensed group centre has served #Kamloops for 25+ yrs. Due to the property owner's decision to sell, the childcare provider faces the challenge of finding a new affordable location. #childcarebc
