Paul Testa Phineas Harper No, it's just the creeping managerialism that takes hold of all large organisations: arse covering by administrators terrified of ever making a mistake; managed by managers who think casualisation of the workforce is a great way to save the organisation a few £s. Dismal!

But actually it Waa a wolf in sheep's clothing & much of the casualisation of teaching workforce was due that.

Through lack of funding & lack of cooperation. It really hit the fan with Economic Rationalism & Casualisation of the teaching workforce.

David Hamilton #IstandwithIsrael If you look at the economics that led us here - marketisation, outsourcing, privatisation, casualisation, financialisation - & the foreign policy direction that underlies the crisis we’re in, you have to trace that back to successive Thatcher Govt’s & continuity Blair.
