My severely disabled wife Louise and I had a lovely 15th anniversary today only to be let down and stranded by Uber Support after an hour in the cold on thir support with them refusing to get us home. With my wife in a wheelchair and unable to get home unless we paid again.

I got sent a duplicate copy of the latest #BirdwatchMag and have left it for any #Birder that is a member of the West Midland Bird Club in the Rudd Hide at Ladywalk NR.

Just found out now that after all the funds spent today on our anniversary, we're now severely overdrawn thanks to @uber and Uber_Support due to their drivers not picking us up tonight and leaving my disabled wife in her wheelchair. #UberSupport
