Doaa Abdelaziz volunteered with the T&M Foundation & The Gearing Towards Engineering Foundation for a STEM color chemistry project at the Monmouth County Library. Volunteers guided students through experiments demonstrating how colors are created & interact with each other.

The T&M Foundation partnered with Farmers Against Hunger to glean 663 pounds of fresh peppers at Rancocas Creek Farm in Southampton, NJ! The nonprofit helps reduce food waste and fight food insecurity by distributing surplus produce from local farms to those in need across NJ.

Volunteers from the T&M Foundation participated in the Annual Hoover Reservoir Litter Clean-Up in Westerville, Ohio, contributing to the restoration and preservation of our local waterways. Their efforts help protect the environment and strengthen our community. #volunteer

The T&M Foundation held an emergency food drive to support local food banks in Ohio and New Jersey. Thanks to our Middletown, Mount Laurel, and Columbus offices, we donated 814 pounds of food to help families in need. Thank you to everyone who contributed!

T&M Foundation hosted a STEM event with the Hayes Court Academy Homeschool Group, giving students a look at how engineers solve real-world problems. They explored different fields, learned key concepts, heard about career paths, & built a mini city to see why STEM matters.

T&M’s Brynne Brown and Melissa Barnes attended the NJSWEP Holiday Charity Breakfast supporting the Trenton Area Soup Kitchen, which prepares 11,500+ weekly meals for communities across Mercer County.

This holiday season, the T&M Foundation partnered with the Columbus Rec & Parks Barnett Community Center to collect donations and gifts for their Toy Drive and volunteered at their Holiday Party to celebrate and support the local community.

Happy Martin Luther King Jr. Day! In observance of #MLKDayofService, volunteers at T&M’s HQ in Middletown, NJ assembled 300 hygiene bags to support 180 Turning Lives Around 180nj.org, empowering survivors and families impacted by domestic violence and sexual assault.

#MLKDay is the only federal holiday designated as a National Day of Service, inspiring community impact. To honor it, T&M’s Columbus office assembled 100 hygiene bags to donate to Star House Columbus, Central Ohio’s drop-in center for youth ages 14–24 experiencing homelessness.

Volunteers at the T&M Foundation collected new & gently used coats, which were donated to One Warm Coat & will be distributed to those in need. Founded in 1992 by one woman with one coat to give, One Warm Coat is a national movement born from one simple act of kindness.
