If you really want to go into automation, have a look at automation that "supports" exploratory testing, eg. a program that inserts data into the system that you need for testing, so you don't have to that by hand. I think Michael Bolton @developsense.bsky.social has written about this as well.

Time management works great until you reach the creative task, where you first need to come up with an idea and then implement it. The idea itself can take from 15 minutes to two days. I don't see how to solve this problem.
