Hey folks! Spring must be on the way! I found these lovely crocuses at St Peter St Paul today. Not much sun, but it peeked out just a little!

Very wet yesterday morning, but it seems to have brought the sunshine with it!

We’ve still got a month to go until spring, but we’re showing off some colour anyway!

The chives are back! Part of the allium family, like shallots, these are beautiful and delicious. The grass is great with sour cream and the flowers themselves are decorative and oniony for a salad!

This is a variety of Echinacea (also known as coneflower) I’ve always found the cone interesting, apparently the person who named it felt the same, as Echinacea means sea urchin.

Hydrangea comes in a variety of colours, ranging between white, pink and blue based on the acidity is the soil they’re in!
