I am wondering how #Portland Jamaica is fairing. Caught between two harbours our not so little main town, #PortAntonio could be devastated. What really has me worried though is the costal stretch from #StMargaretsBay to #BuffBay, and the #RioGrande to #SpanishRiver vallies
