My two cents: politics doesn't always need to be exciting. To Canadians voting this year (for Lib leader or in federal election), carefully examine the person's policy platform and track record. Never mind the sizzle. It's overrated. Look for the steak. That's what matters.

Memo to federal New Democrats (and especially ones with prominent podcasts): Mark Carney is not a “former hedge fund manager”. Brookfield Asset Management is NOT a hedge fund. It’s not even close to one. Pretending otherwise is a tell.

Everyone can easily recognize the origin of this demand is labour and the radically progressive left. Unions, labour organizations and well meaning social justice advocates are inadvertently putting the AB & Canada public healthcare system in greater peril, not less peril.
