Are you looking for a swim camp for your swimmer over the summer? FSC is running a 1 day training camp on 22nd Aug at Aldershot Garrison pool. Open to external swimmers too - we love collaborating with other local (or further afield) clubs. Great to have a mix there!

Today we ran our first day training camp. 24 swimmers from Farnham, Dorking, Staines, Epsom and Godalming swim clubs. 2 pool sessions, a talk on nutrition, workshop on race visualisation and land training - it was a busy day full of information. Can’t wait to run the next one!
