.Turkish Airlines My fiancée and I were looking forward to flying to Turkey for our wedding next week. But, you cancelled the flight with 8 days notice. Last minute changes to leave requests at work and extra costs in Turkey... No sympathy from customer services.

.Turkish Airlines after telling me that my complaint would be resolved by 5pm, they now ( 5:20pm) tell me I should be patient and wait to tomorrow. So, I have to scramble and re-book a flight within a few hours of it being cancelled, but you can take your time with my complaint?!

.Turkish Airlines I guess you can change your “operational plans” without any penalty then. Appalling customer service. A simple request to help me and my fiancée with a problem you make and there’s “nothing we can do”.
