A wonderful evening getting everyone involved in creating a meal together. One of our favourite parts of the programme, is when we get the families cooking and eating a healthy meal together.

When children and parents are active together, the results are a fun filled 90 minutes, improving our health, mood and well-being. Both children and parents showcasing their superb boxing skills!!
