Several presentations on supershoes at last week's #ACSM23 conference. One highlight: superspikes boost running economy by 2% compared to old spikes. With a bunch of assumptions, that implies an old 4:00 mile would now be 3:56.8. More: outsideonline.com/health/trainin…
