If Jesus rose from the dead, then you have to accept all that he said; if he didn’t rise from the dead, then why worry about any of what he said? The issue on which everything hangs is not whether or not you like his teaching but whether or not he rose from the dead.

Today’s my birthday. (Thank you very much.) It’s also Easter. My birthday has always been close, but to my knowledge , it’s never been on the same day. So I googled it. Apparently, it’s only happened seven other times. The last, in 1950. Kinda cool. Happy day to Jesus & me.

Really wish Pastors and church leaders would stop referring to “characters” and “stories” of Scripture. They are so much more. And it’s telling people who are listening, that it’s fiction. Just call them people.

It really is a curious evangelism strategy to despise the people you are trying to bring to Jesus.

On a dream Disney Vacation with my parents, we ate at Chef Art Smith Homecoming Restaurant. Seven years later and I still think about the house made crackers on the Jasper Board. I’ve dreamed about making them but I can’t find a recipe anywhere. So wish I could enjoy them again!

I drink club soda. I don’t do sugary soda (only on rare occasion). And I don’t need fancy sparkling water when I’m out. But every time I order I’m surprised that I’m charged at the price of a regular soda. I understand why they charge. But also think it’s stupid that they do.

Also. Had the most insane chat with Halara to try to get a refund on a couple items. The conversation has been over for an hour and I still feel like I was gaslit. I’m not sure what just happened - but I didn’t get my money back.
