A huge PR and 🥈 for Lilly Koenig at Texas UIL 5A State Championships in the 3200. Coming from a 400-800 background, she asked to try the 3200 this season and ran it for the first time on March 1st. So much poise and tactical ability. 5:21 on her first 1600 and closed with 5:09
