The Power of Habits:

We had a relaxing time in Maui. Looking toward to explore more of Oregon this summer.

Maui was beautiful. Some of the people living in Maui are struggling post the Lahaina fire. On my walk everyday, I passed by a group passing out free food and supplies. In this vacation, I noticed much more visible homelessness.

I love that RFK Jr. is raising awareness about our toxic food supply. This weekend I was puppy sitting. I was amazed at all the healthy choices for dogs. I was a little sad thinking our dogs are eating better than some of our kids. We can do better.

Good news about teens!

I love Portland’s food scene. You can bring your dog and order, “Fido Food” which consists of free-range chicken thighs and sweet potatoes.

There is a lot of beauty and charm in Oregon.

I love Oregon. There is so much beauty in this state.

A Texas rescue organization brought dogs to Oregon for adoption. The founder shared the difference in culture between Texas and Oregon in the treatment of dogs. In Oregon, he said dogs are treated like family members. Grateful to live in Oregon!

On this very cold day, I made chipotle hamburger over sweet potatoes for dinner tonight.
