If you want to know what Nelson thought of Muslims, you may want to factor in Nelson's column. See that thing on his hat? It is a 'chelengk'. Nelson was the first non-Muslim to be awarded one - as thanks for his victory in the Battle of the Nile. It was gifted to him by Sultan

As said at the time, we raised our concerns about the Fulham FC Foundation's Brentford run with the Club last month, as an urgent matter outside our monthly meetings. We support their attempts to raise funds, but strongly disagree with using access to away games for this purpose.

MaxC We had a bloke called isiah . He had strange eyes. One set severely higher than the other. His name was michael. But everyone called him isiah because one eye was higher than the other. Poor bugger.

Superb political ad. One of the best you’ll see. This is better, and resonates more, than anything coming from Labour or the Tories.

As promised, we have further engaged with the Club about their charity run and tickets for Brentford away. We do not believe the Club’s answer provides sufficient detail to respond to fans genuine concerns about the process. Full statement: fulhamsupporterstrust.com/news/2026/03/t…

Our paper on digital ticketing and the away experience is now out. We believe that the key to a good supporter experience is timely communication from the Club, plus a signposted route to resolve any problems for individual supporters. fulhamsupporterstrust.com/news/2026/03/d…

THAT'S IT. THE UK HAS COLLAPSED. WE'RE DOOMED. Unilever has just sold the 124-year-old brand #Marmite ... to an American company.

He’s backed himself into a corner. If he does it, he’s a monster. If he doesn’t, he’s a joke. That’s a dangerous place for a narcissist.

The FST stands with Spirit of Shankly and urges Fulham fans to join their protest against multi-year price increases and consider not spending money in the ground but supporting loyal businesses instead to make club owners everywhere #StopExploitingLoyalty.

We remind fans to be prepared for the strict security measures in place at the Gtech Stadium tomorrow which may include searches of personal items including wallets. We advise arriving as early as possible to avoid delays.  Full information here: brentfordfc.com/en/away-fans

It’s very sad to see some of my colleagues complaining that the failure of the assisted suicide Bill casts the House of Lords in a bad light. It’s pure distraction from the failure of a bad Bill that is rejected by every single medical Royal College.

I don’t doubt the humane motives of #AssistedDying campaigners. Or that public opinion is sympathetic. So why did the Bill fail? Short 🧵
