Ordered a new phone from Verizon on Wednesday. Paid extra for overnight shipping to be delivered today. No updates from FedEx the entire day. Called customer service, only to be told I can either drive 45 minutes to pick up my phone or wait until Monday. Do better FedEx!!!

Still no update from FedEx. All I keep being told is they are ‘actively working’ to find my package. Is that another way to say lost? At what point do I cancel my order from Verizon and get my money back?
