Any cyclists on here run during off season? If so, what’s the verdict? Was it good/bad for the cycling in the end? I’ve taken up to going for a short one once a week and have so far… enjoyed it?! 😱

The potential impact of the new curriculum on clinical academic careers is enormous - it’s completely unrealistic to expect trainees to CCT in GIM and general cardiology, develop expertise in a subspecialty and establish a research track. Something has to give.
